Job Description:
We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Community Marketer to help grow our client base, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue through local outreach and marketing initiatives. If you love engaging with people and are motivated by performance, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, salons, spas, and influencers
Attend community events, pop-ups, and health fairs to promote services
Develop and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions
Help manage social media collaborations and partnerships
Distribute flyers, samples, and promo materials to attract new clients
Track and report on outreach efforts and results
Bring in new clients through creative grassroots marketing
Qualifications:
Outgoing, self-motivated, and energetic
Strong communication and networking skills
Experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement preferred
Interest in health, wellness, or beauty industries a plus
Ability to work independently and hit goals
Must be local and familiar with the community
Compensation & Growth:
Starting pay will be based on experience, with opportunity for salary increases based on performance and results. The more clients and revenue you help bring in, the more you can earn!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Schedule:
4 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
