Summary:
In a patient focused care environment, the Nurse Liaison/Marketing Coordinator is responsible for organizing, maintaining, implementing, and evaluating systems for expediting patient pre-admission evaluation and follow-up for admission to Baptist Health Extended Care Hospital.
They also effectively communicate with referral and receiving physicians to promote smooth, harmonious patient admissions
The Coordinator effectively manages departmental functions in a cost effective manner.

EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of a legally approved school/College of Nursing
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Current Arkansas RN licensure. BSN preferred. MSN preferred. At least 1-3 years RN experience, 1 year experience-preferably in Nurse Liaison or Case Management. Nurse liaison has at least one year experience as Nurse liaison/marketing coordinator and has developed clinical and technical skills that prepare them for liaison role, as resource for patient and staff. Involvement in marketing roles, with outreach to clinical areas and other community venues.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
