About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Community Marketing Support Specialist to play a crucial role in the success of our Sponsorship Team. In this position, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, providing essential administrative support, managing data, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to connect with and serve our community.
What You’ll Do:
Sales Support & Analysis:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sponsorship and retention team, streamlining processes and ensuring efficiency.
Develop and manage robust sales tracking tools, generating insightful reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
Conduct thorough audits of sales and product program fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Analyze sales trends and performance data to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Campaign Management & Data Management:
Manage and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including BBB.org, Facebook, and Google Ads, maximizing reach and engagement.
Generate and upload targeted leads for the sponsorship and retention teams, leveraging data-driven strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, performing data entry tasks as needed.
Client Communication & Collaboration:
Oversee collection efforts, proactively contacting clients and coordinating with Account Managers to ensure timely payments.
Serve as a liaison between Account Managers, clients, and internal departments, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
Provide exceptional support to Account Managers and clients throughout the sales process.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience:
Minimum of two years of professional experience in an administrative or sales support role, OR a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns (minimum of two years).
Skills:
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a collaborative and positive attitude.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
Tech Savvy: Ability to learn and adapt to new software and online platforms.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
