What is a Co-Creator at Tripshepherd?

A Co-Creator is any passionate individual—local guide, influencer, or experience host—who designs and delivers unique travel experiences on our platform. They’re the heart of Tripshepherd, bringing authentic, memorable adventures to travelers worldwide.

AsCo-Creator Onboarding & Partnerships Manager, your mission is to find, onboard, and empower these creators, ensuring they have the tools, training, and community support to thrive on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Co-Creator Recruitment & Outreach (Primary)

Actively identify and recruit high-quality co-creators through social media, networking events, and direct outreach.

Manage inbound applications and selectively onboard top-tier creators.

Develop and execute outreach campaigns across Instagram, Linked In, and niche travel communities to drive sign-ups.

Onboarding & Training

Guide new co-creators through experience concepting, pricing, storytelling, and video content.

Partner with marketing to equip creators with tools and strategies for self-promotion.

Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help co-creators refine and optimize their experiences.

Community Engagement & Retention

Foster a thriving co-creator community through webinars, virtual meetups, and localized gatherings.

Implement engagement strategies (creator spotlights, feedback loops) to maximize retention and satisfaction.

Identify churn triggers and proactively address creator concerns to retaintop talent.

Tracking & Performance Optimization

Own key performance metrics, including:

Number of co-creators onboarded per city

Experience activation rate(how many creators successfully launch experiences)

Quality benchmarks(reviews, engagement, revenue)

Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment and onboarding processes.

Work closely with product & tech teams to improve self-Cserve onboarding tools.

Scaling & Growth

Develop scalable onboarding materials, including training guides, self-serve tutorials, and community resources.

Establish partnerships with travel influencers and niche communities to attract future co-creators.

Align with Tope (Ops) and Brandon (Marketing) to match supply and demand in launch cities.

Who You Are

Must-Haves

2–5 years of experience in sales, influencer relations, community management, or a similar front-facing recruitment role.

Proven track recordof leading outreach campaigns and closing partnerships.

Exceptionalcommunication skills(written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to engage across social media.

Highly organized and comfortable with data analytics tools (Google Sheets, CRM software).

Passionate about community-building and fostering long-term engagement.
