*Some benefits require employee to work 30 or more hours per week and/or be over the age of 21*
Wage: $80k – 95K per year + monthly commission
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday
A Day in the Life:
Discussing prospective residents needs and wants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications for residing at Chateau.
Maintaining detailed customer database to stay in close contact with potential residents/responsible parties
Tour prospective residents through property
Conduct community outreach to market Chateau to prospective residents, industry influencers and key community/strategic partners
Complete lease and other paperwork with future residents prior to move in
Have fun and work with amazing industry leaders
Requirements
Associates or bachelors degree preferred in marketing or equivalent experience in long term care
Supervisory/Management experience preferred
Sensitive to and knowledgeable of issues related to ageing
Ability to focus and have an ambitious/goal-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and stay on top of new inquiries
Ability to keep CRM database up to date
Reliable transportation
Ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to pass DSHS background check (some negative actions are negotiable)
