Sales Associate (Zen Advisor)
Modern Acupuncture is the leading franchise organization of Acupuncture, and we currently have part time opening on our customer service team in Gilbert (San Tan Pavilions).
The front desk (Zen Adviser) positions are all about providing an exceptional service experience to our customers in a fast-paced environment. This talented individual must be comfortable selling our membership-based service including explaining the benefits and costs associated with our service.
We are open 6 days a week and this person must be able to work some nights (until 7 PM) and weekends (10 AM to 4 PM).
The position will entail greeting and assisting new and existing acupuncture clients. A passion for acupuncture, health, and helping others is a must. Basic acupuncture knowledge is helpful; however, training will be provided.
The Job Responsibilities are:
Provide the highest levels of customer service for all patients throughout their visit
Assist patients with the completion of required paperwork
Educating and answering general and high-level acupuncture-related questions
Sell the plan or package that is best suited to the patient’s treatment plan given by the Licensed acupuncturist
Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
Participate in marketing opportunities and community events to help the clinic build new patient counts
Manage daily clinic operations including ensuring it’s clean and that inventory is stocked
Be a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy work place culture
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred)
Cheerful, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Able to work weekends/evenings (as required)
Able to use office equipment; computer, tablet, and phone system
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Dedication to high quality service
Maintain a professional appearance and wear company approved attire
Confident in presenting and selling services
Office management, sales and/or marketing experience a plus
Previous experience working with Mind/Body a plus
Abilities Required
Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
Able to lift up to 40 pounds
