About the Role:

As a Conference Sales Executive, you will drive delegate registrations for events like the

Global Blockchain Show, Global AI Show, and Global Games Show . You will engage potential delegates through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach.

What you will deliver?

Develop and execute delegate acquisition strategies to meet targets.

Engage potential delegates via calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Respond to inquiries, providing accurate event details and benefits.

Build rapport and understand delegate needs for tailored solutions.

Record interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly delegate registration goals.

Collaborate with sales and marketing for optimized outreach.

Must Haves for the Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

1+ years of experience in delegate acquisition or event marketing.

Strong

communication

and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools for lead tracking.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

Market research and competitor analysis expertise.

Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices.
