What will you do?
As a Consumer Insight & Marketing Intelligence Jr Manager, you will be responsible to become PIC of several brands in Lemonilo while handling ad hoc requests for business. You’ll work closely with senior members of Marketing Innovation department. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for end-to-end research and insights for both core and non-core product categories across main categories and new product development
Lead day-to-day research management, updates, and coordination with stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party agencies
Responsible for ad-hoc business
Explore untapped growth opportunities within the marketing and innovation team’s scope by analyzing internal and consumer data
Identify, initiate, plan, and lead end-to-end strategic projects with high business impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure that all research and projects are planned, executed, and completed within the specified timeline, budget, and with high quality
Reporting directly to Head of Consumer Insight & Marketing Intelligence
Co-manage Consumer Insight Division budget
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, or related majors
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in market research, or insights role
Experience in leading end-to-end strategic projects aimed at initiating business growth, from problem identification and data collection to data analysis, strategy development, and implementation
Experience in planning, designing, and executing experiments to facilitate business growth
Familiarity with identifying relevant data sources and the data collection process to best meet the company’s needs
Comfortable working with large sales datasets, experience with tracking panel and Nielsen retail data would be advantageous
Strong interest in quantitative and qualitative ad-hoc studies (Exploration Studies, Concept and Product Tests, Communication Checks, U&A, etc)
Have foundational research skills in methodology and analysis
Able to create performance reports from raw data and comfortable with numerical analysis
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other office programs
Possess strong analytical skills, adept at generating both strategic and tactical insights
Proven strong project management skills for effectively handling multiple projects
Possess strong ownership, self-driven and enthusiastic team player
Agile, quick-learner and able to quickly adapt in fast-paced environment
Experience working in well known FMCG or well known market research agencies is highly preferred
Speak and write fluent English
