A detail-oriented and skilled Content Management and Social Media Manager to enhance our corporate brand presence through strategic, business-focused content. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of business language and corporate communications, with strong abilities in creating diverse content formats including text, video, GIFs, and infographics.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored to corporate needs, aligning with the company’s marketing goals and brand vision.
Identify target audiences across various sectors and create specialized content for corporate communications, including presentations, annual reports, company profiles, and other key documents.
Content Creation:
Write, edit, and proofread high-quality corporate content for a variety of formats, including social media posts, presentations, annual reports, and business proposals.
Develop engaging multimedia content, including videos, GIFs, and infographics, to complement written material and enhance communication.
Utilize available tools and software to create visually appealing content and ensure it aligns with corporate branding.
Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain our corporate social media platforms (e.g., Linked In, Twitter, etc.), focusing on professional engagement and brand awareness.
Create and schedule timely, relevant posts that resonate with a business audience while adhering to the corporate voice.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends, engagement opportunities, and community interactions.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze performance metrics for corporate content across various channels, assessing effectiveness in conveying our business message.
Prepare regular reports on content performance, providing insights for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
Brand Alignment:
Ensure all corporate content reflects the brand’s voice and maintains consistency and professionalism across all platforms.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to adapt content and social media efforts effectively.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in content management and social media management, specifically within a corporate or business context.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with proficiency in corporate language and terminology.
Experience in creating multimedia content, including videos, GIFs, and infographics, using relevant tools and software.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
