The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing facility marketing programs with current existing federal, state and local standards, as well as our established policies and procedures, to assure that strong relationships are developed between our referral source and community to achieve the result of enhancing admissions and Rim Country Health’s visibility.
Job Description:
Brainstorm, design, and implement successful marketing campaigns
Track progress with Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists
Identify and analyze competitors
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
Craft clear product marketing copy
Organize promotional activities for new products/services
Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts
Continually provide feedback to and work closely with the Administrator and other key leadership positions.
Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Travel required to surrounding communities for marketing purposes.
Required Work Experience, Skills, Education
No prior experience required, but some marketing or related field experience a plus.
High School Diploma Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with electronic medical records a plus, but not required, willing to teach
Solid computer skills
Great Organization Skills
Good Time Management Skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Works well with a team and individually
Self-motivated
Reliable transportation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
