Job Summary
KM International is seeking a qualified, and motivated sale representative to join our sales and marketing team. We are looking for a professional who can quickly and effectively learn product knowledge and has experience in the equipment sales field. The successful candidate will receive hands on training and will be expected to continue to learn as they become more acclimated to the job function. Base salary + a competitive commission structure.
Responsibilities
Communicate with current customers
Generate new sales
Prepare and submit sales reports to management
Attend trade show and conference events when required
Perform equipment demonstrations for potential customers
Answer sales calls and emails
Perform hands on training for customers
Ability to continuously improve through feedback from managers
Requirements and Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-Motivated and goal driven
Willingness to travel when needed
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
At least 2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred
Works well in a team
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet proficiency
Ability to track and report sales on a monthly basis using CRM system
Able to manage time and prioritize tasks accordingly
Technical Mindset
Comprehensive understanding of the sales process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
