Job Description and main responsibilities
Develop creative and engaging content tailored for Tik Tok and Instagram, including Reels, Stories, and Posts.
Create monthly content calendars with planned posts, stories, and engagement strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with trending sounds, challenges, and viral content to maximize engagement.
Write catchy captions, descriptions, and hashtags to boost content visibility.
Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form videos using mobile apps or editing software.
Manage day-to-day operations of social media pages, including scheduling and posting content.
Monitor social media accounts for direct messages, comments, and tags, responding promptly and professionally.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback via social media in a timely and respectful manner.
Track and analyze the performance of social media content using platform analytics and reporting tools.
Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to develop visual content.
Proficiency in video editing apps like Cap Cut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere.
Excellent understanding of Tik Tok and Instagram algorithms and best practices.
Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media platforms efficiently.
Experience with analytics tools like Instagram Insights and Tik Tok Analytics.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
Bilingual:
Proficient in Arabic and English (writing, speaking, and reading).
Solid foundation in basic photography and videography.
Demonstrates strong creativity and innovation in content development.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Strong time management and organizational skills to meet content deadlines.
Passion for digital trends, storytelling, and audience engagement.
Comfortable using tools like Canva, Cap Cut, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms (optional but recommended).
