We are looking for someone with:
A high-quality portfolio that speaks for itself. Graphic design skills that are not only stunning but also thoughtful.
1–3 years of experience in a core graphic design role
Highly proficient in Figma & Photoshop. Skills such as photo manipulation, post-processing, and making edits in Photoshop are a must.
Proficient in Midjourney and/or similar AI image-gen tools
A keen eye for applying brand aesthetics and art direction to various types of visuals, with a commitment to keep refining the output
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to design your ideas/vision. And be able to communicate your ideas in visuals.
Responsibilities:
Produce visuals for the in-app content for our décor services & products
Use generative AI tools to aid your work, speed up your workflow & iterate fast (we provide the tools, obviously!)
You’ll also get to work on multiple projects like in-house branding, high-end magazine spreads, packaging, teasers, video assets, launch events, and more.
You’ll be part of the core design team of Home Décor

Be part of Urban Company’s core design team, where your work will help shape the future of UC app’s graphics & content
