Marketing Specialist – Host Family Recruitment

Educatius Group’s offices in 18 countries and 5 continents serve agent partners and students around the globe. This role will support Educatius USA and some of our US partner organizations. Our US office is in Boston.

As part of our mission, we seek a motivated and dynamic Marketing Specialist to drive host family recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be crucial in connecting with potential host families and supporting our international student placement program through strategic marketing campaigns.

Job Overview: As the Marketing Specialist for Host Family Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and executing grassroots, organic digital, and paid marketing strategies to recruit new host families. Working closely with our management and our placement team, you will create and implement campaigns that effectively engage potential and existing host families and support our broader mission. You will also collaborate with the central marketing team to develop content and materials that align with our branding and messaging. The position is remote, and we will consider candidates from any US location.

Key Responsibilities:

Host Family Recruitment Strategy Development:

Work closely with the placement team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at recruiting host families.
Identify target markets and develop segmented campaigns that resonate with potential host families.
Create and oversee both digital and grassroots initiatives to build relationships and trust with host family prospects.
Coordinate Marketing Materials – Toolkit, Presentations, Image Library, etc.
Develop and implement strategies for the creation and dissemination of user-developed content – influencers, videos, photos, etc.

Campaign Execution and Management:

Lead the execution of organic and paid digital campaigns (including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, etc.) to reach potential host families.
Develop content that speaks to host family needs, showcasing the benefits and rewards of hosting international students.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to assess effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Collaboration with the Central Marketing Team:

Partner with the central marketing team to create engaging, consistent, and on-brand content that supports host family recruitment efforts.
Ensure all content and materials are tailored to the needs and concerns of potential host families.
Contribute insights and feedback to the central marketing team on what works best for host family engagement.

Independence and Metrics Tracking:

Work independently to create, implement, and track the success of marketing strategies.
Measure and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), ensuring that strategies are effectively meeting recruitment goals.
Provide regular updates to the leadership and placement teams, using data to guide decision-making and improve future campaigns.

Community Engagement & Grassroots Outreach:

Leverage grassroots marketing strategies, including local events, partnerships, and word-of-mouth tactics, to attract host families.
Develop relationships with community organizations, schools, and other local entities to increase awareness and engagement.
Assist with organizing and promoting local or virtual informational sessions for potential host families.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a role with a focus on recruitment or community outreach.
Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including organic and paid strategies.
Strong ability to work independently and autonomously, managing multiple projects and priorities.
Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Familiarity with social media platforms, CRM, digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and SEO/SEM strategies.
Passion for working with diverse cultures and supporting international education initiatives.

Preferred:

Experience in education, non-profit, or community-based sectors is helpful, but not required.
Significant international travel or living experience helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
