Essential Functions
Content Strategy & Development:
Develops and executes a comprehensive content strategy aligned with CDS Global’s mission, business objectives, and KPIs.
Leads the ideation and creation of high-quality, engaging content across formats such as blog posts, case studies, videos, infographics, webinars, newsletters, and social media.
Plans and maintains a content calendar optimized for SEO, traffic growth, and business priorities.
Leverages industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI responsibly to innovate and enhance content production.
Performance Optimization:
Monitors and analyzes content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Owns SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
Utilizes insights to inform content syndication, pipeline development, and campaign success.
Internal Communications & Brand PR:
Manages internal communications to ensure alignment across teams and initiatives.
Leads public relations efforts, including agency management, media relations, awards submissions, and paid media placements.
Collaborates with stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partners with product, product marketing, demand generation, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with strategic goals.
Manages relationships with freelance writers and external content creators to produce impactful campaigns.
Oversees content development for key marketing events and partner initiatives.
Social Media & Newsletter Management:
Drives social media strategy and execution to expand brand reach and engagement.
Owns the production and evolution of our newsletter, ensuring it delivers value to key audiences.
Content Promotion & Campaigns:
Plans and execute content promotion strategies across various channels, including corporate websites, partner platforms, email marketing, and webinars.
Proactively identifies opportunities to repurpose content or react to industry trends to maximize impact.
Interacts in a cooperative and professional manner, with all levels of employees, vendors and/or clients, in a team environment.
Organizes tasks and resources to complete work and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.
Follows CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.
