Product Marketing Lead

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Product Marketing to spearhead our go-to-market efforts and drive significant revenue growth.This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive market awareness, product and services adoption, and revenue growth for EIS. This role will focus on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for EIS key markets, product marketecture, solutions, and services. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and strategic thinker with deep expertise in B2B enterprise software, preferably in fintech or insurtech.

Key Responsibilities

Messaging, Positioning & Market Awareness
Develop and refine clear, differentiated value propositions and messaging for all EIS products and services, ensuring maximum market impact and revenue potential. Tailor messaging to resonate with EIS buyer personas across customer segments.
Conduct in-depth market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor the competitive landscape to refine messaging and differentiation. Maintain up-to-date key competitive intelligence and positioning insights for sales teams.
Collaborate with content marketing to generate targeted assets such as video explainers, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, blogs, and thought leadership materials.
Manage public relations, analyst relations, and influencer engagement to enhance brand awareness, credibility, and market visibility, including the development and execution of a recurring engagement calendar with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts..
Sales, Product Launches, and Cross-Company Alignment
Partner closely with Sales, Growth, and Field Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive significant demand and pipeline growth in key markets, ensuring tight alignment with product launch strategies and revenue targets.
Represent marketing in cross-company efforts around product launches to ensure consistent messaging and strategic execution across all regions (NA, EMEA, and Asia).
Develop and maintain marketing deliverables, including sales presentations, brochures, FAQs, whitepapers, and infographics.
Support sales enablement with training materials, product launch toolkits, and the deployment of product messaging.
Deliver compelling presentations to internal teams, customers, prospects, analysts, and partners, emphasizing key product launches and market innovations.
Market Strategy & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct ongoing research to track market trends, customer needs, and emerging competitive threats.
Define and refine EIS’s value proposition, ensuring clear differentiation from competitors.
Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and buying criteria to inform product messaging.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
Go-to-Market Execution, Demand Generation & Explainer Videos
Work cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Marketing to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team on demand generation, digital campaigns, event marketing initiatives, and the execution of explainer videos as a sales and demand tool to showcase our innovation advancements.
Ensure direct and partner sales channels are equipped with the right messaging, content, and tools.
Oversee the packaging of EIS solutions to align with customer needs and competitive differentiation.
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, preferably in fintech or insurtech.
Proven ability to develop compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with buyers.
Strong experience in partner and channel enablement within an enterprise software go-to-market motion.
Experience working on a global scale, ensuring messaging and go-to-market strategies are adaptable across NA, EMEA, and Asia.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong program management skills, including goal setting, milestone planning, and progress tracking.
Experience in developing and executing product launch strategies, including content and campaign planning.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Growth Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Experience working with analysts, press, and influencers to elevate brand visibility and credibility.
Strong storytelling ability and the capability to create impactful sales and marketing collateral.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Fluency in a second language such as Spanish or French is a plus.

Compensation

The targeted pay range for this position is $120,000 – 150,000 yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive stock options as part of our offer, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
