We are seeking an Customer Consultant Rep in Training to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to kick start their career in customer service field. As a Customer Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. ALL TRAINING PROVIDED!!
Responsibilities
– Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and face to face.
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
– Maintain customer records and update account information accurately
– Provide excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Skills
– Strong communication skills in English
– Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
– Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not required
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Requirements
– Be driven – have a student mentality while training
– Maintain a positive attitude & communicate to all customers/clients with a smile
– Learn business communication skills for marketing presentations
– Be able to work indoors/outdoors & open to travel opportunities
– Have a goal-oriented mindset
– Works well within an energetic, team-oriented environment
Previous experience is not required as we grow our company organically & pride ourselves on our strong leadership & training within the office. However, a strong understanding of communication skills & emotional intelligence is desired.
