Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive our brand’s growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in advertising sales, content marketing, and analytics, with a proven ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage market research and marketing automation tools to enhance our outreach and engagement efforts for all three of our locations, NASHVILLE, AUSTIN and HOUSTON. You can be remote!

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Oversee advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google and social media, ensuring effective targeting and messaging.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual content that resonates with our target audience.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
Manage product management initiatives to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market relevance.
Analyze marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on advertising sales and content marketing.
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A creative mindset with experience in using Adobe Creative Suite for content creation is highly desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
