Job Description

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager understands how to get different technologies and teams to work well together. You are equally adept at rolling up your sleeves to tackle hands-on challenges and building the overall strategy for data management and process implementation. You are at the forefront of strategic growth, driven by a commitment to dynamic, tech-savvy, and operationally efficient practices. You are a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and ability to execute a strategic marketing vision. You know how to successfully work across teams to create efficiencies through process improvements, technical or otherwise.

What You’ll Do:

Shape Marketing Strategy – Partner with the VP of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to define goals and KPIs that align with Therapy Brands’ overall strategy.

Optimize Marketing Analytics – Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance, providing insights that drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Enhance Customer Experience – Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Refine Marketing Processes – Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

Manage Tech Stack & Data – Oversee marketing technologies, ensuring seamless integrations, data accuracy, and optimal performance.

Lead M&A Integrations – Support the onboarding of new brands and teams, ensuring smooth integration into our existing marketing structure.

Drive Strategic Planning – Lead the adoption of new tools and processes to enhance quarterly and annual planning efforts.

What You Bring:

Data & Tech Savvy – Extensive experience with Hubspot and Salesforce. Preferrable experience with platform migrations

Marketing Analytics Expertise – Proven ability to track performance metrics, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

Process Optimization Mindset – Experience improving workflows and implementing new operational strategies.

Collaboration & Communication – Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Project Management Skills – Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Change Management Experience – Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new systems and processes in a growing organization.

Strategic Thinker & Problem Solver – Ability to make informed decisions and drive marketing success.

Qualifications:

4-8 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related roles is ideal.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong editorial, verbal, and written communication skills.
