Our group of companies is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist & Admin Assistant to lead the charge in producing high-quality content while managing marketing and administrative tasks.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who loves writing and understands how to tailor content to attract the right audience. You’ll work closely with a graphics and video editor to produce

impactful

materials that amplify our Linked In marketing strategy while also managing content for Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead-Focused Content Creation:  Create persuasive, lead-focused written content for social media posts, captions, blogs, and other marketing materials, with the support of GPT tools. Collaborate with a graphics and video editor to bring your content to life with visually engaging elements. Social Media Strategy Execution:  Implement our Linked In marketing strategy to increase engagement and generate qualified leads. Oversee content scheduling and publishing across Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.

Audience Engagement:  Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and drive conversations to build relationships and convert leads. Performance Analysis:  Track and analyze the effectiveness of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve lead generation efforts.

Work closely with strategists and creative teams to align content with overall marketing and sales goals.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or social media management role. Proven success in lead generation through content and social media strategies. Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on persuasive and

results-oriented

content. Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., GPT) for efficient and creative content development. Strong understanding of Linked In and other social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube.

Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize strategies for lead generation. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
