Position: Content Marketing Specialist (Video & Social Media)
Job Summary:
10xConstruction.ai is looking for a  Content Marketing Specialist  to lead our  You Tube and Instagram growth  with highly engaging video content. The goal is to  build an audience first, engage them with compelling content, and then introduce our AI-driven robotics solutions . This role requires a mix of video production, storytelling, and digital marketing expertise to create viral, high-impact content that drives audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a  content marketing strategy  for  You Tube and Instagram , focusing on engagement-first storytelling.
Create  viral, high-quality video content  (short-form reels, long-form videos, behind-the-scenes, industry insights, and more) that  goes beyond product marketing  to capture audience attention.
Build and grow an  engaged community  by experimenting with different content formats and leveraging trends in AI, robotics, and construction.
Own the  end-to-end video production process , including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and
optimization
.
Manage  posting schedules, engagement strategies, and performance analytics  to refine and improve content.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and
leadership
to ensure content aligns with brand positioning.
Stay on top of  platform trends, viral formats, and audience behavior  to drive continuous growth.
Develop complementary  written and visual content  (captions, blog posts, email campaigns) to support video efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
1–5 years in content marketing, video production, or social media growth, with a
proven track record
in  building audiences on You Tube and Instagram .
Video Creation: Â Strong skills in scripting, shooting, and editing engaging video content (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or similar).
Social Media Growth:  Deep understanding of  You Tube and Instagram algorithms , viral trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Creative & Storytelling:  Ability to craft  entertaining, educational, and engaging  content that resonates with
diverse
audiences.
Performance Analysis: Â Experience tracking engagement metrics and adjusting strategies for growth.
Collaboration:
Ability to work with designers, engineers, and marketing teams to develop
impactful
content.
