Who are you?

You are a proactive and experienced Content Moderator or an equivalent role based in the Philippines who has a keen attention to detail and a passion for reviewing and evaluating digital content to enhance media audience engagement.

Position Summary

The Content Moderator ensures a high-quality and safe platform experience for Franki app users by reviewing, evaluating, and managing user-generated content according to established guidelines. This role involves monitoring posts, including videos, photos, and captions, to ensure they align with Franki’s standards, core values, and business purpose—helping users discover places to eat, drink, and enjoy. Moderators assess content for relevance, quality, and adherence to moderation criteria. This position is critical in upholding community trust, enhancing user engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Responsibilities:

Video & Photo Content and Quality Control

Ensure that content posted on the platform adheres to Franki’s standards for quality and relevance.

Evaluate each post to maintain high clarity, engagement, and appropriateness.

Identify and report trends in low-quality content to aid process and policy improvements.

Content Moderation Guidelines Enforcement and Compliance

Enforce content moderation policies consistently, including identifying posts that violate guidelines related to nudity, abuse, irrelevance, or spam.

Categorize flagged content accurately for appropriate handling by the moderation team or supervisors.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving content guidelines and local sensitivities.

Platform Improvement Support

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to provide feedback that can help enhance the content moderation system and policies.

Engage in discussions around process optimization for the portal and moderation tools.

Suggest updates to the moderation framework based on new patterns observed.

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

Previous experience in social media platforms, digital platforms, or online communities.

Equivalent work experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field.

Skills and Knowledge

Familiarity with content review platforms and tools.

Understanding of cultural sensitivities and global moderation standards.

Analytical skills to interpret the context of posts.

Efficiently handle daily tasks with a high level of accuracy

Capacity to adapt to policy updates and moderation changes.

Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
