Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop and produce high-quality content for various channels including paid campaigns and social media.
Do on-camera delivery of monologue videos or reels, as required.
Oversee the editing process of all videos, ensuring high production standards.
Direct video shoots, guiding talent and crew to achieve the desired outcome.
Content Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies.
Monitor content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Look out for and capitalise on trending audios, reels and actions.
Project Management:
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members.
Take end-to-end responsibility for video content, ensuring timely delivery.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Experience:Minimum of 2 years in content creation and production.
Technical Skills:Copywriting and video editing (preferred).
Soft Skills:Strongcommunication, creativity,attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Performance Indicators:
Content Quality:Elevate the brand standards with high-quality content.
CPA:Maintain cost per acquisition for all videos produced and used in paid campaigns.
Engagement Metrics:Maintain engagement metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and views on Instagram and You Tube.
Timeliness:Ensure content is delivered on time and within the project scope.
