Join All in 1 SPOT with TheraTalk, a leading pediatric therapy agency committed to enhancing the lives of children across NYC and Long Island for over a decade. We are seeking a key team member to secure new referral sources and attract top talent among providers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within our service area.
Develop and implement an outreach plan aligned with our annual strategy to raise awareness and engage diverse referral sources.
Present All in 1 SPOT programs to community organizations, medical professionals, and healthcare facilities.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our agency, services, and unique value.
Participate in marketing and networking events throughout NYC to enhance visibility and establish new relationships.
Plan budgets for outreach activities and provide monthly reports on efforts.
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand followers and engagement across social platforms.
Create and manage a social media content calendar, composing and posting online content on the company website and social media accounts.
Write marketing materials (e.g., brochures, press releases) to enhance the company’s presence in the market.
Utilize marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (including social media, web analytics, and rankings).
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content strategies, measuring engagement, reach, conversions, and other key performance indicators to optimize future efforts.
Job Requirements:
Flexibility to travel within NYC’s five boroughs.
Previous experience in healthcare marketing.
Familiarity with local referral sources and existing contacts.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
Understanding of analytics platforms and SEO.
Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Managers.
Self-driven, positive, and organized, with excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to maintain a clean, professional image and demeanor at all times.
