We are looking for aContent Specialistto join our team.
Job Description
Adopt and structure internal policies and processes for our Confluence-based Knowledge Base;
Administer our Intranet: keep it organized, user-friendly, and consistently updated;
Ensure consistency and accuracy across all knowledge sources and internal documentation;
Support article formatting and publishing on the website;
Conduct research to collect relevant data, trends, conferences, awards, etc.;
Provide the team with insights and summaries from research and internal materials;
Support in writing short internal announcements or knowledge-based communication (optional and occasional).
Qualifications
Experience in content structuring, information management, or documentation support;
Proficiency in Confluence or similar knowledge base platforms or employee handbooks. Hands-on experience with intranet administration (e.g. SharePoint, Notion, or others);
Strong skills in organizing, maintaining, and auditing large volumes of content;
Analytical mindset and ability to spot gaps or inconsistencies;
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
Good communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under minimal supervision;
Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian.
Nice to have:
English level at least B2;
Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Grammarly, etc.) for content support;
Familiarity with Confluence macros, templates, and best practices;
Understanding of internal communication principles and employee experience. Experience in a fast-paced environment.
