What You’ll Do:

Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, and drive audience engagement.

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with our Social Posting Pillars:

Industry,

Leadership

Write and publish bi-weekly industry-related articles and employee features.

Collaborate regularly with our internal Design & Communications Team Engage with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns and company goals.

Analyze digital performance metrics to optimize strategies and stay ahead of trends.

& Brand Strategy

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, professional copy.

Attention to details and an

appreciation

for excellence.

Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Sked Social) and AI applications for content creation.

A creative mindset paired with strong organizational and

critical thinking

skills.

Bonus:

Experience in SEO, content marketing strategies, or human-interest storytelling.
