Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Your work will help ensure that our customers’ systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities:
Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems according to specifications and safety standards
Ensure all HVAC installations are completed efficiently, correctly, and in compliance with local codes and regulations
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving installation issues, providing recommendations for solutions when necessary
Perform quality control checks on all installed systems to ensure proper functionality and performance
Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and customer interactions
Educate customers on the proper operation and maintenance of their new HVAC systems
Adhere to safety procedures and standards while on job sites
Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest HVAC installation techniques and technologies
Provide excellent customer service, representing the company professionally and with integrity
Qualifications:
HVAC certification or relevant licensing (EPA Certification preferred)
Proven experience in HVAC system installation or a similar role 3+ years
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions, including tight spaces or at heights
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
