Content Writing Executive (CRM & SEO)

Job Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and optimize short-form content for Whats App communications and app push notifications, ensuring messages are engaging, concise, and aligned with the company’s brand voice.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to craft messages that drive user engagement, retention, and conversions.
Tailor content to meet platform-specific requirements, such as character limits, tone, and user behavior patterns.
Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor approaches to inform content development.
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, privacy policies, and legal standards when creatingcommunicationstrategies.
Coordinate withcross-functional teamsto align messaging with broader campaigns and objectives.
Stay updated on emerging trends in conversational and mobile-first content marketing.
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience writing or editing content for digital platforms, with specific experience in Whats App communications or app push notifications preferred.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to conveyimpactfulmessages in limited characters.
Familiarity with Whats App Business API and push notification platforms/tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of user engagement metrics and performance tracking.
Strongattention to detailand ability to adapt content fordiverseaudiences and languages (localization experience is a bonus).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment.
Experience with analytics tools, A/B testing methodologies, and user behavior insights.
Collaborativemindset andeffective communicationskills to work across teams.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems and user lifecycle messaging.
Basic knowledge of design tools for visual content creation or formatting.
Experience in crafting conversational or chat-based content.
