**Key Responsibilities:**
– Make outbound calls to leads who have opted in for information about our marketing services
– Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our closers
– Maintain a high volume of daily calls and consistently meet or exceed targets
– Accurately record call outcomes and update our CRM system
– Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead quality and conversion strategies
**Requirements:**
– Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
– Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport quickly
