The ideal candidate will foster community relationships, generate new client leads with healthcare professionals, and promote our home care services.
Through strategic outreach, personalized service, and a commitment to excellence, the Home Care Sales Representative will play a key role in the growth and success of our home care services.
This role requires a compassionate, results-driven individual who is dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and their families by connecting with them with our exceptional caregiving team!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & execute a sales strategy to generate new client leads
Build & maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, & other referral sources
Achieve & exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate& up-to-date records of sales activities and client informationParticipate in community events & networking opportunities to promote our services
Collaborate with office staff & caregiving team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role within the home care or healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of home care services, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements
Pay $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on experience
