Contract Marketing Consultant Jobs in Citrus Heights, CA at STEMcell Tutoring
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10 am- 6 pm (Seasonal: March-October)
Location: Must be able to commute to the Clinton Township office. Occasional half-day Saturdays may be required.

What You’ll Do:
Sales Support:
Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and assist with phone support during peak periods.
Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Create graphics and engaging images/videos for social media, websites, and eblasts using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that align with business goals and market needs.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (training available for the right candidate).
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in sales support or social media management is a plus.
Onboarding and Training:
Week 1- Shadow current staff to learn daily responsibilities.
Week 1 & 2- Formal training covering processes, phone scripts, and marketing expectations.
Week 3- Being working independently with the Office Manager available for guidance and support.
Key Milestones for Success
Able to independently handle customer phone calls with the Office Manager as a resource by week 3.
Must track and analyze metrics to meet performance goals, such as increased engagement and high conversion rates.
By Week 6, able to propose and implement one process improvement related to customer outreach, admin tasks, or social media strategies to streamline operations or enhance customer experience.
