Experience, Skills, & Capabilities
1. Must have 3-5 years’ experience as Office Manager & Managing Financials
2. 4 year degree preferred with emphasis on accounting, financial analysis, business processes.
3. Understanding and experience with small business financial structure, Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, & accounting principles
4. Strong computers skills and good spreadsheet analytical skills
5. Ability to provide customer service and operational marketing support
6. Ability to grow and develop and lead special improvement projects
