Summary:
The Website Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the non-profit organization’s website. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development principles and technologies, as well as experience working with non-profit organizations.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop a user-friendly and engaging website that represents the non-profit organization’s mission and values
Implement responsive design principles to ensure the website is accessible on all devices
Maintain and update the website regularly with new content and features
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the website
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the website is integrated with the organization’s other online platforms
Conduct A/B testing on various web elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Utilize SQL for data analysis to support marketing strategies and reporting needs
Use Google ads to Increase website traffic
Stay up-to-date on the latest web development trends and technologies
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in website development
Expreince with canva, Squarespace, youtube, google
Experience with AI
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Experience with responsive design principles
Experience working with non-profit organizations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
