For our Barcelona office, we are seeking a candidate with excellent organizational, management, and communication skills, along with experience in Event Management and expertise in local and international corporate events, congress management, and trade shows.
Main responsibilities:
Ensuring excellent customer experience and quality delivery
Responsible for the delivery of the event’s brief
Providing general logistics support to the project as required
Drafting of documents, agendas, reports, logistics, event communications
Providing Ad hoc analysis, statistics, metrics and visit reports for management
Coordinates events that contribute to a perfect Customer Experience (pre-event / on-site event / post event)
Coordinates general event logistics for visitors
Manages CRM to tailored activities
Providing continuous feedback and funnel of improvement
Requirements
An on-site position, allowing for a maximum of 6 days per month of home office
Experienced in project management will include the ability to manage multiple events concurrently, to build timelines and milestones to precisely meet the event requirements.
Work effectively in a team, communicating confidently with the Management and amongst peers
Effectively Plan and Manage projects and deliver outstanding service to visitors
Advance knowledge Excel, MS Forms, BI
Profile
English bilingual or proficiency level is a must. Any other language is appreciated
Desired 5 years of experience in a similar position.
