JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly driven,dynamic, and detail-oriented Paid Media Coordinator to join the Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Marketing team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing paid media campaigns across key digital platforms. You will report to the Senior Manager of Paid Media and assist in overseeing paid media strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of KPIs in paid digital marketing,hands-on experiencemanaging paid media campaigns, a passion for data-driven A/B testing and a strong interest in skincare. This role will collaborate closely with Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Influencer, Social, and Creative to develop paid media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Work closely with Senior Manager on strategy planning, budgeting, and campaign briefing for media agency.
Coordinate cross-team feedback on proposals and effectively communicate to media agency and stakeholder teams.
Deliver campaign deliverables such as creative assets, ad copy, and customer lists to media agency for campaign execution.
Maintain internal media trackers with monthly campaign performance.
Organize media budget flowchart to reflect monthly actualization and adjustments.
Manage relationships with media partners and platform reps to optimize and test new campaigns and participate in beta opportunities.
Analyze and report on performance data, providing insights, interpretations, and action plans foroptimization.
Assist in media tech set up and ongoing optimizations.
Manage billing and invoice process with media vendors and other partners.
