What This Job is About:
Manage the day-to-day execution of client portfolios, consisting of large-scale experiential marketing campaigns.
Work closely with Client Service leadership and internal Red Peg Marketing teams to coordinate the development and execution of all campaign elements.
Support other internal departments on compiling and organizing all program elements, including costs for vendors, field staff, and contractors.
Be a champion of organized internal and external meetings, including developing and sending agendas in advance and contact reports after meetings.
Support Account Manager and/or Director on managing project timelines and deliverables.
Oversee the onboarding of Field Managers and Brand Ambassadors.
Manage communication of pre-event details with all internal team members, external client stakeholders, and field staff.
Travel when required for planning and executing programs.
Other duties as assigned.
What You’re All About:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related field.
1+ years of relevant marketing, event, promotions, communications or sponsorship experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
General computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Superior attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
Ability to travel to be on-site at client activations as needed.
Hunger to learn and roll up your sleeves.
Willingness to contribute ideas, suggestions, and opportunities for the agency’s continued innovation and evolution.
