Marketing Specialist
Location: Irwindale, CA (On-site)

1. Job Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing marketing operations and communications with Japanese manufacturers, external consultants, and digital marketing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating with Japanese manufacturers via phone and email
Analyzing product sales performance and providing insights
Coordinating marketing strategies with external Amazon consultants
Developing TikTok Shop marketing strategies, including:
TikTok Ads
Influencer marketing collaborations
Handling administrative tasks, including:
Managing Excel files and reports
Creating PowerPoint presentations
Preparing sales and admin reports
Generating invoices and other necessary documents
2. Requirements
Required:
Professional-level Japanese proficiency (must understand Japanese business culture and communication nuances)
Professional-level English proficiency (able to discuss strategies with external agencies)
Strong Excel skills
Ability to commute to the Irwindale office
Preferred:
Chinese language proficiency is a plus
3. Work Schedule
Monday Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
4. Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55,000 $58,000 (upon full-time hire)

Paid Vacation: 10 days per year (unused days eligible for buyout)
