Growing healthcare company seeks an industrious person to work with our small sales and marketing team with offices in Placentia. A successful candidate will be organized and have excellent follow-thru skills along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and an ability to learn basic software and CRM skills.
We are a small group starting without a developed department so this position offers great ability to influence our direction and being a self-starter/problem solver is highly valued.
Responsibilities
The position will: help develop and coordinate marketing materials and planning, coordinate sales planning and information, maintain contracts and sales data, develop and present team reporting, and interact on occasion via phone or electronically with potential customers.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and marketing management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
