Position Summary

Brightwater Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Sales Representative in Ontario Canada to oversee and execute sales strategies within a designated geographic region. This role plays a vital part in driving revenue growth, supporting sales managers, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer engagement, with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the senior living industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Development & Outreach
Identify market trends and opportunities to drive lead generation and conversion.
Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry leaders.
Develop and implement community outreach efforts to enhance brand awareness.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
Work closely with the digital media manager and graphic designer to develop marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Represent Brightwater at networking events, industry conferences, and community engagements.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor conversions, and enhance sales performance.
Step in to support sales vacancies as needed to maintain operational success.
Operational & Analytics Tracking
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to leadership.
Evaluate marketing campaign performance across platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop sales leaderboards to track performance, motivate teams, and recognize top achievers.
Team Management & Coaching
Train, mentor, and collaborate with sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide coaching and support to enhance prospecting, follow-up, and closing techniques.
Establish performance metrics and monitor individual and team achievements.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.

Qualifications & Requirements
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading successful teams.
Strong knowledge of the senior living industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned region.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
