Responsibilities:
● Craft compelling scripts, concepts, and copy for ad films, branded content, launch campaigns, influencer activations, and stunt/spike activations.
● Bring fresh, engaging narratives to life through
impactful
storytelling that resonates with
diverse
audiences.
● Work closely with
cross-functional teams
to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for brand campaigns and projects.
● Apply keen observation skills to identify cultural trends, audience behaviors, and insights that inspire
innovative
creative solutions
.
● Contribute to the creative strategy and execution of campaigns across multiple platforms and formats.
● Stay curious and informed about the latest trends, pop culture, industry innovations, and storytelling techniques.
● Collaborate with designers, directors, and production teams to ensure a seamless blend of visual and narrative elements.
● Adapt creative ideas for various mediums including digital, social media, on-ground activations, and influencer-led content.
● Take constructive feedback positively and refine creative work to align with project goals and client expectations.
Requirements:
● 4+ years of experience in creative roles within advertising, branded content, or similar industries.
● Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling narratives, punchy dialogues, and
impactful
taglines.
● Excellent storytelling abilities with a knack for weaving narratives that connect with audiences.
● Highly observant, with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of audience insights.
● A curious mind that thrives on exploring new ideas, trends, and creative possibilities.
● Ability to work in a
fast-paced

collaborative environment
, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
● Experience in conceptualizing and executing ad films, branded content, influencer campaigns, and experiential activations is a plus.
● Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of South Indian languages (Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Tulu) is a bonus, but not mandatory.
● Bangalore-based with a willingness to work from the office.
