Your Impact

The Spanish Copywriter will be responsible for creating, editing, and proofreading high-quality content for various marketing channels in Spanish. The Spanish Copywriter creates world-class Spanish copy that is in the Lowe’s brand voice with a demonstratedflexibilityto write broad brand messages as well as promotional copy.

The Spanish Copywriter translates the business brief into consumer-friendly concepts and communications. This role requires a deep understanding of both Spanish language nuances and cultural context to effectively communicate to our customers that Lowe’s is the preferred retailer for their needs.

What you will do

Develops and writes clear, persuasive, and original Spanish content for digital, audio, print media, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Translates business briefs into consumer-friendly concepts and communications bringing marketing strategies to life.

Collaborates with designers and other marketing teams, including the multi-cultural marketing team, to understand the project objectives, target audiences, and ensuring content aligns with the overall brand strategy and messaging.

Edits and proofreads Spanish content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Conducts research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape to inform content creation.

Optimizes content for SEO and other digital marketing best practices.

Participates in brainstorming sessions and contributes creative ideas for marketing campaigns and content strategies. Presents work to creative directors as part of daily creative review.

Maintains a consistent brand voice across all content andcommunicationchannels.

Utilizes Proof

HQ to make edits and proofread and Workfront for job workload management.

Individual Contributor

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in English and 3-5 years experience in advertising/marketing as a Copy Editor or Proofreader

Demonstrated detail-orientation with a bias to accuracy

Strong written and verbalcommunication skillsincluding an expert knowledge of the English language, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
