The Social Media Manager at Plative will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across various channels to help build Plative’s social media presence, increase brand awareness, and support lead generation goals.
Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager, you’ll join a small, but mighty marketing team as Plative’s first Social Media Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact at a pivotal time, as we continue to grow as a leading partner in AI, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
Responsibilities include:
Manage and oversee company pages on various social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn and YouTube, but open to exploring other channels including Meta, Tik Tok, and others)
Write, create, and share digital content in line with marketing strategies and company objectives
Develop and oversee a content marketing dashboard to track KPIs and uncover new opportunities.
Strategize and execute on driving higher engagement and lead generation from social media content.
Stay constantly updated on the latest trends and initiatives of competitors
Manage the editorial calendar and schedule posts on social media
Participate in the creation of video content, such as producing and editing demos with team members
Design and produce visually compelling content, including digital videos, graphic assets, and branded visuals for social media
Provide ad hoc support for other marketing initiatives based on bandwidth and needs
What you bring to the table:
Fully fluent in English, both written and verbal
2+ years of social media and content creation experience
Proven track record in B2B social media management
Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or any other photo/video editing software
Knowledge of Social Media platforms, including LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others
Willingness and ability to create social media posts daily
Ability to report on social media metrics, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
Experience developing thought leadership content
Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging social content
Strong content calendar management skills
Experience with WordPress, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot (a plus)
