Job Summary

The Corporate Communication Specialist is responsible for developing and executing internal and external communication strategies to enhance the organization’s brand, reputation, and engagement. This role involves creating compelling content, managing media relations, overseeing corporate messaging, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communication

Develop and implement internal communication plans to ensure employees are informed and engaged.

Create and distribute newsletters, announcements, and corporate updates.

Collaborate with HR and leadership to support employer branding and culture-building initiatives.

Manage communication channels, including intranet, email, and digital signage.

External Communication

Maintain strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Monitor and respond to public and media inquiries in coordination with leadership.

Support crisis communication efforts by preparing key messages and responses.

Content Creation & Branding

Develop and oversee corporate messaging across all platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and branding.

Create content for corporate reports, website, and social media platforms.

Work closely with marketing teams to align communication efforts with brand strategy.

Reputation & Crisis Management

Monitor public perception of the company and recommend actions to maintain a positive image.

Support leadership in handling crisis communication by preparing official statements and managing stakeholder relations.

Event & Stakeholder Engagement

Support corporate events, town halls, and leadership engagements by developing communication materials.

Coordinate messaging and logistics for conferences, forums, and public appearances.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role.

Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Experience managing media relations and crisis communication.

Knowledge of digital communication tools, including social media management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

Proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.

Bilingual proficiency
