Compensation & Growth Opportunities
Base Salary: $500 per month for managing ads and GoHighLevel (GHL) automations
Bonus Avaliable
On-Target Earnings (OTE): High potential for increased earnings based on client retention and performance
How You Will Succeed in This Role
Client Success: Ensure all ad campaigns exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), generating high-quality leads and strong return on investment for medical clients
Retention: Drive client satisfaction and retention to maximize long-term growth and bonus earnings
Automation Excellence: Optimize GoHighLevel workflows for efficient lead nurturing and client engagement
Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services, increasing client lifetime value
Responsibilities Ad Campaign Management
Launch and manage Facebook and Google ad campaigns for medical clients
Monitor ad performance, analyze key data, and make adjustments to improve results
Optimize ad copy, targeting, and budget allocation to maximize return on investment
Automation & CRM Optimization
Set up and manage GoHighLevel workflows to streamline lead follow-ups and nurture sequences
Troubleshoot, refine, and enhance automation systems for seamless client operations
Client Communication & Support
Provide regular campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations
Build strong client relationships by addressing concerns proactively and delivering measurable results
Retention & Growth Strategies
Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, leading to long-term retention and referrals
Identify upsell opportunities and recommend additional services that benefit clients
RequirementsExperience & Skills
At least one year of experience managing ad campaigns, particularly in the Semaglutide or medical marketing space
Hands-on expertise with GoHighLevel CRM and automation systems
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, including strategy, KPI tracking, A/B testing, and optimization
Ability to craft high-converting ad copy and landing pages
Data-driven decision-making skills to analyze and optimize campaigns

Results-driven with a strong focus on client success
Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify issues and optimize systems before they become problems
Excellent communicator with the ability to provide clear insights and recommendations to clients
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TikTok Ads and Google Ads
Background in scaling high-ticket service businesses
Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack and ClickUp
