Job Description:
Market Leadership: Establish and implement the country strategy to achieve business growth and market share objectives.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in Cambodia.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the local team to achieve high performance and drive company goals.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government agencies.
Financial Oversight: Manage the country P&L, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance and progress.

Factory Address:The Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ, Lote P-087 & P-088 St. National Road 4, Sangkat Beong Thom, Khan Kambol, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Sales Office:The Point Community Mall No.#113C, Mao Tse Tung Blvd, Sangkat Toul Svay Prey, Khan Beong Keng Kong Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Qualification
Thai nationality. Fluency in written and spoken English and Thai
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
At least 10 years work experience in paint, building materials, construction & chemical industries and minimum 5 years experience working in Cambodia.
Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work abroad and travel as needed
