Job Summary:

Cosmetic Group USA, a leading contract manufacturer specializing in cutting-edge cosmetics and skincare, is looking for a Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator to support our Product Development (PD), Sales, and Marketing teams. This role will offer a diverse experience, requiring collaboration with all teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

Develop and implement dynamic social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, stories) that aligns with brand messaging.
Monitor social media performance and provide insights for optimization.
Engage with followers, build a strong online community, and interact with beauty influencers.
Grow the brand’s following by engaging on similar pages and influencer accounts.

2. Trade Show Planning and Support:

Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, including booth design, logistics, and materials.
Collaborate with sales and PD teams to ensure smooth product and service representation.
Attend trade shows to support booth setup and ensure seamless execution.

3. Marketing Collateral & Catalog Development:

Design and create marketing materials, such as brochures, product catalogs, sell sheets, and presentations.
Ensure consistent branding and high-quality production across all marketing collateral.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage production timelines.

4. Content Creation & Coordination:

Work with product development, sales, and design teams to produce marketing assets that highlight product features.
Maintain an up-to-date library of marketing materials, ensuring information accuracy.

5. Data & Software Utilization:

Utilize marketing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, HubSpot) to execute and manage campaigns.
Track marketing performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.

6. Brand Representation:

Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the brand’s identity and strategic goals.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic design/marketing, ideally in the beauty or personal care industry.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, and social media management tools (Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
Experience in trade show planning and execution is highly preferred.
Knowledge of the color cosmetics and skincare industries is a plus.
