Our client, a baby brand, is looking to hire a Creative Director to join the team at their corporate office onsite in Lakewood.
Job
Duties Include:
Develop and manage a creative team including include hiring, performance management, training, etc.
Supportcommunicationstrategies for the brand, products, campaigns, events, retail partners, etc.
Develop brand campaigns from start to finish including delivery of assets for media launches in coordination with internal and external media teams
Content creation of photography, video, graphics, ads, packaging, etc.
Develop a brand voice
Write relevant copy
Prioritize day-to-day demands and manage larger projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding expectations
Job Qualifications Include:
10+ years ofdynamicbrand/strategy experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
Must come from a company that sells to Target and Amazon
CPG experience (industries such as beauty, food/beverage, toys, etc.)
Experience leading a team and collaborating with other departments within the company
Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Strong organizational/time management skills
Salary: $120k – $140k annually
