We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to elevate the visibility of Thomas|Horstemeyer and achieve our communications objectives through strategic marketing, public relations, electronic media management, and event coordination.
This full-time hybrid role, based in Atlanta, GA, offers the perfect balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
What You’ll Do:
Champion Our Brand: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with firm leadership and attorneys to develop and support strategic marketing and business development opportunities
Make A Tangible Impact: Oversee and manage the firm’s online presence through the management of the website and other digital marketing channels
Drive Engagement: Plan, coordinate, and execute our annual SRTTD conference as well as business development receptions at industry conferences such as AUTM and INTA
Identify New Markets and Target New Business: Conduct research and identify new business opportunities and prepare plans for targeted growth.

What We’re Looking For:
3 + years of experience in marketing, brand management, public relations, or a similar role. Previous experience in a legal setting, particularly in the field of intellectual property, is highly desirable
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations or a related field
Self-starter with strong research and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills along with budget management
