Creative Director, Broadcast Jobs in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, USA at Kohl’s
This position can be remote; however, if you reside near our offices in Menomonee Falls, WI, or New York City, NY, we request that you work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of compelling broadcast content that drives engagement, brand awareness and sales. You will advocate and partner internally and externally to bring the broadcast strategy to life.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute innovative broadcast concepts that align with brand and marketing objectives
Oversee the creative direction for broadcast campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising and digital teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all retail broadcast content
Lead the conception, scripting and execution of high-quality broadcast content
Direct in-house and external production teams, ensuring the creative vision is realized from pre-production to post
Partner with media buying teams to optimize content for various channels, including OTT, social and in-store digital signage
Collaborate with external agencies, production houses and freelancers to scale creative output as needed
Stay ahead of emerging trends in broadcast media, live streaming and digital retail experiences
Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
8+ years of experience in broadcast production, creative direction or content strategy within the retail, media or agency space
Proven track record of creating compelling video content that drives audience engagement and retail sales
Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams and production workflows
Deep knowledge of video production, editing, motion graphics and storytelling techniques.
Experience with live broadcast formats
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to pitch ideas and sell creative concepts to stakeholders
