Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy Development :
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies tailored to client goals, aligning with their brand vision, target audience, and business objectives.
Lead brainstorming sessions with internal teams to generate
innovative
campaign ideas and solutions across various digital channels.
Create cohesive, integrated strategies that encompass content, design, SEO, social media, and paid advertising to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
Campaign Planning & Execution :
Oversee the planning, execution, and
optimization
of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
(designers, copywriters, media buyers, and account managers) to bring creative concepts to life.
Manage timelines and budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope, with measurable outcomes.
Audience Analysis & Market Research :
Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to understand customer behavior, trends, and preferences, ensuring strategies resonate with target segments.
Leverage data and insights from analytics tools to inform creative decisions and continually optimize campaigns for better results.
Branding & Messaging :
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital platforms, ensuring creative content is engaging and speaks to the brand’s identity.
Develop and refine unique selling propositions (USPs) and brand stories that set clients apart in the market.
Content Creation & Copywriting :
Work closely with content creators to develop compelling, high-quality copy, visuals, and multimedia content that supports overall campaign objectives.
Ensure content is optimized for various digital formats, including social media, websites, email, blogs, and ads.
Client & Stakeholder
Communication

Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to offer tailored
creative solutions

Present creative strategies, campaign results, and future recommendations to clients, addressing feedback and ensuring satisfaction with the work delivered.
